Bala Town came out fighting in the second half after going in at the interval 0-1 down to Aeron Edwards' great strike on thirteen minutes. Saints controlled most of the first half with the Lakesiders relying on counter attacks for their chances.
A Rob Pearson goal on 51' minutes tied the score and as both sides pushed for the winner Saints boss Craig Harrison brought on strikers Scott Quigley and Mike Wilde to try and claim the three points but to no avail.
The second consecutive home draw for The New Saints but their unbeaten run to date this season still holds and move ten points clear of second place MBi Llandudno but having played a game more. Bala consolidate third place.
